Fantastic hotel!!! We stayed here on a multigenerational family trip (ages 16–87), and everyone loved it. First of all, the location was excellent - close enough to walk to iconic sights and all kinds of shopping. Our rooms were beautiful! Modern, clean, surprisingly spacious, and equipped with great air conditioning, which was much needed for Rome in July. Each room also had bathrobes and slippers, a lovely unexpected extra. The included ‘continental’ breakfast turned out to be a delicious buffet breakfast which was far heartier than expected. In addition to the property, location, and amenities, what truly elevated this hotel for us was the staff. We would be remiss not to mention Ivana, Luca, and Tommaso - they were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, assisting us with transportation, organizing a tour, and even helping us adjust restaurant reservations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

The property has a beautiful entrance. Loved the style and the staff was friendly and helpful. They “upgraded” our room but I am not sure I liked that room layout as well as the one I booked. The WiFi did not work well at all and neither did our AC. Our room was hot and we would try to lower it and it never kicked on. The location was excellent.

Amazing stay in the heart of Rome! From the beginning till the end everything was excellent! The politeness of the personnel, the design of the room and the good breakfast in the new bar inside the hotel! Cleanliness and complete soundproofing everywhere I would definitely stay again!!
