"Entire place was clean and the staff was amazing as always this was our second time we were there 8 years ago and loved it decided to go back did not disappoint would love to take our kids to the palace next time for a family vacation looking forward to visiting again "

"We had a good view of the beach and pool area. The only problem was that they were working on the pavers around the pool area. We would hear the construction noises in the mornings. We were charged a daily resort fee which we did not expect. I feel that Expedia should have included that in the cost of the trip.
The staff was courteous always willing to help. I would certainly recommend the hotel to my friends and family.
