The location was great, both for views and for convenience. The facilities were good, onsite parking was easy, and breakfast was delicious. Best of all, our hostess Noreen was cordial, helpful and kind. She wrote out directions to the national park, answered our questions, and had cookies ready for our arrival. This was an amazing stay. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the on-site restaurant was cozy and full of friendly people, and I was genuinely sad to leave. A really perfect base for exploring the Inishowen peninsula. And a note for birders: don't miss the Inch Wildfowl Reserve!
Great 4-day stay at the Station House Hotel. The room was clean and spacious enough for us. The Restaurant was excellent, providing a good variety of food that was well-prepared and tasty. Both restaurant and hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they made us feel welcome during our stay. Plenty of free parking is available, and laundry service is available for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
Comfortable and clean room. The lobby and halls were also pristine. Restaurants available onsite. The pool was free but you must have a swim cap; available at the spa desk.
This was a very nice hotel; although it is a little off the beaten track to some of Ireland's more well-known attractions. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and we enjoyed our stay very much.
From the minute I arrived this was just the perfect place to stay. The dome was spotless, cozy and just one of the best spaces I’ve stayed in ever. The private hot tub was the icing on the cake. Loved staying here.
The remote staffing is a new wrinkle to me, but it worked fine. Rathmullen was a bit slow on Monday night, but that’s to be expected.
