"Our stay was great for Musik Fest. Great location for walking to the festivities. Only issue was the last night when the occupants next to us were extremely disruptive late into the night and early morning. Called the front desk and emergency with no answer. Besides that check in and check out was extremely easy, and we were able to get into our room early which was very convenient."

"Pros: The housekeeping staff (especially Gina) were outstanding. Room was spotless & well stocked with paper goods & towels. The pool & seating areas were well-maintained. Included breakfast was excellent. Renovated rooms were beautiful, beds & pillows very comfy, shower strong & hot. HVAC unit was functional & quiet. Iron & blow dryer in room for convenience. Cons: Wi-Fi is unsecured. No drawers for clothing, only small closet w/some hangers. Tiny microwave & mini-fridge, no freezer. Located on side of commercial highway, lots of diesel fumes & smoke, very noisy outdoor areas. Road construction directly behind hotel as well. Concrete divider on highway prevents left turns towards Jim Thorpe town. Service desk not helpful in any way after check-in. Stayed a few days, never saw a Manager."

"Food service and food availability at the hotel/casino was terrible. Not enough staff; poor and delayed service or staff was absent from food locations. General sense that entire place was understaffed. Valet car service was excellent. Rooms were spacious and well-appointed, although there were not enough power outlets at convenient places. No mini-fridge in room, just overpriced cash mini-bar fridge. Bed was OK, but mattress sagged and was not that comfortable. Pool was nice and casino had decent selection of slot machines. Visit was OK, but not sure I would stay there again because of limited and poorly staffed food options."

"We had a fantastic stay. The property was clean and had beautiful space. The pool was fantastic. We had dinner at the Olivet on the first floor of the hotel and it was delicious. Would definitely stay here again."
