"I lost all my email. We contacted Homes2 Suites main office to see if we got our reservation. They told us to call the hotel directly. We did. They assured us that we had no reservation and nothing was now available. So we stayed elsewhere. But surprise, when we got home we were billed for a room at homes2 Suites. I feel they stole $200 from us by not truly checking for our reservation. Worthless front desk staff."

"Room was large and bed as okay, however the room never cooled down even though we set the thermostat at 65 degrees with the fan constantly blowing."

"Nice hot breakfast and the shower/bathroom was recently redone so that was nice. We had a 5 night stay and not once was the room made up. We had to go and get new towels and toilet paper when we needed them and take out our own trash."

"Basically pretty good! Staff is wonderful. Louisa at the bar is excellent! It rained cats dogs and when we were there so getting to lobby was always a run from parking lot. Charged $8 a day to park. Seemed weird...its not San Fransico. Its behind a Costco! Art work in hotel is pretty bad, maybe just a personal opinion, but odd choices. Otherwise good location and clean!"
