"Our stay was incredible, a gorgeous clean room, the nicest pool, spa, and sauna. Great staff, delicious on site food options. One of the nicest hotels our family has ever stayed at. Easy beach access."

"Our room was very dirty. Reese’s wrapper behind the tv, hair in the bath mat, macaroni noodles on the counter. Something spilled on the closet door by the main door and never cleaned up, sticky spot next to the chair. I dropped something and it rolled under the bed and it was a mess underneath. The TV did not work. The staff was great and tried to help but could tell whoever owns/manages does not care to help make sure the staff have adequate help with repairs and maintenance. The lobby, breakfast and fitness areas were great. The pool heater is broken (I booked this hotel because my kids love to swim) so unless you want to swim in a cold pool or sit in the hot tub, don’t book. The front counter staff and breakfast staff were amazing. Whoever hired them, gold stars. They all were friendly and so helpful. Whoever does housekeeping and maintenance needs training. So gross."

"Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of things. No fruit, but there was waffles, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, cheese sticks, cereal, oatmeal, bagels and cream cheese, muffins, juice, coffee, milk, chocolate milk and yogurt. Great views! "

"Great experience! Not fancy, but clean. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the view from the room is 5stars! You can crack the windows and listen and see the waves rolling in. Breakfast was great, made with REAL eggs!"

"The check in process (if you want to call it that) was horrible. The hotel is barely staffed. My room was not ready when I was told it would be ready. The room itself was ok - it is a good view and a gas fireplace in nearly all the rooms but the blow dryer wasn't very good and there was no body wash replaced in the shower. Wyndham needs to pay to staff this place (only one maid for the entire hotel and she wasn't done with the rooms by 4 pm). The woman who checked me in was not there or really even answering the phone to let anyone in the lobby which had a sign saying it is open from 8 am to 10 pm. There are no vending machines for water or anything. It just was not a good experience. Won't be back. "
