"Great little family getaway spot. Nothing fancy, but it was perfect for our family. They keep the pool at 84, hot tub jets aren’t always working but temp was great. Seems like a spot for family and teams to stay, or the odd teen birthday. Parents were supervising, and the kids were very respectful; teens even letting my 4.5 yr old join in on their pool games. Hours of the pool were great 10a-10p. The breakfast… was amazing. They threw down with it, and were always on a fresh pot of coffee. It was a popular place, but plenty to eat, variety, and fresh. I did not go hungry! They keep the property well kept, and smelt great. Rooms were well kept for not being entirely new; the jetted tub in our room had been retiled recently and was enjoyable for our little one to use when in room. Overall spacious and well setup room. There are rooms that don’t face the pool area, if that would be bothersome prop request other area. Also target and other shopping in the parking lot, makes it easy to access groceries or whatever you may need. Area seemed to have lots, but less of a downtown vibe as that is usually where I stay. Minutes from gated communities and nature."

"I had a fantastic stay at the Royal Park Hotel! The property was spotless, well-maintained, and truly beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the entire experience feel seamless and welcoming. Easy 5 stars—highly recommend!"

"The room looked like it has been barely cleaned. The bed sheet had a huge yellow stain in them. Went to from desk all they did was give us new sheets to change ourselves the couch has multiple died up stains. The pool had about 50 kids throwing footballs, spray water guns and splashing the whole entire pool room with no one stopping them. Not to mention the massive weave laying in the parking lot right next to check in. Half the time the people at front desk couldn't be bothered to help you. First and last time stay that’s for sure"

"Friendly staff, helpful and responsive to problems. (Something was not working in my room, front desk staff was very apologetic and had it fixed by the time I returned.) However I was surprised that in my three nights there the room was never cleaned once. It didn’t objectively “need” it, I guess, but if they don’t plan on servicing the room during your stay it seems like the sort of thing they should be explicit about (“we won’t automatically service your room, if you would like us to clean it please ask,” or something like that)."

"Our breakfast was amazing!! A flavorful omelet with srasoned breakfast potatoes and multigrain toast. Excellent teperayure, especially since we chose carryout. "

"Our room had slime had stains on the floor, bed skirt, and shower curtain. There were also huge pieces of tape on the wall. It looked like the room had been used for a birthday party previously. When I went to inform the front desk about it because I didn’t want to be charged for someone else’s mess or lack of cleaning on the house keeper’s part, the employee was very rude. I didn’t ask for a change of room because it didn’t directly impact our stay and she so impolitely told the guest in front of me that they were booked up. The unprofessional front desk employee kept asking if there was anything else I wanted to complain about. I didn’t go to the desk to complain but to simply have documentation of the state of the room. Front lobby was very clean and modern but the rooms have not been updated in a few years to match the lobby. "

"Me and my bestfriend stayed here for a girls trip and we enjoyed our stay a lot !! The 2 front desk ladies were so nice and welcoming. Everything was super clean , it smelled good , and it was a good location to get to everything we needed! Highly recommend!!"
