"Good value for money, but rooms are due for an upgrade. Our shower drain was clogged, and the rooms are on the smaller side. We didn’t have ability to control the aircon which was automatically set to 24-25C, which was not cold enough when there is 35C outside. The fridge had issues keeping our drinks cold. pool is really nice, and everything is handicap accessible, sea is 2 min walk from lobby. The only thing I had a hard time with was, how small the rooms were. As 2 people we already had a problem to fit with couple suitcases and some water stuff, having kids in the room would be impossible. But the beds are comfortable, bathroom is modern and nice. "We were only in Porec for a night but we had a nice stay at the Felix Residence. Alita is a very nice host. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen very well appointed. The wifi is outstanding. The shower strong. The AC struggled a bit to keep up as it was a very hot day but ultimately did the trick. Do check the booking notes before you check in as they take a cash deposit. It's perfectly reasonable and easy but we were at the end of our trip and barely had enough cash on hand. "
