"It was our second time at Maistra Funtana. And we have already booked for next year, again. A very well organized and very good managed hotel. It should deserve at least 4*. Tasty food, clean and recently renovated rooms, a lovely pool kids pool and a nice beach with a lot of included sports offerings. It's not obvious from the pics but the location is not on the beach but is a very easy walk to the beach and town (like five minutes). I was there to see how the lesser towns in Istria celebrate Advent which is a big deal in this region. Small town, big party!
Beautiful hotel in a lovely city. The hotel is the city's center piece. It is pure enjoyment. The hotel is impecable, the staff could not be nicer , the views are breathtaking and the breakfast is extraordinary. Can't wait to return.
Excelente hotel en un edificio histórico recientemente remodelado. Nos recibieron con una aperol spritz para mi y un café para mi esposa de cortesía. El hotel tiene transporte en bote gratuito para la isla del frente así como un shuttle gratis para el Pical Resort. Nos llevaron a la estación de bus sin costo y fue posible un early check in. Recomendado 100%
Everything in the room was old. The room was big enough and the balcony was nice. The bathroom got very smelly from time to time. All of the staff were very nice. Food at the restaurant wasn’t great but good enough. Pool and playgrounds were nice as we have a 3 year old. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but it was good enough for what we needed at the time.
Fantastic place to bring young kids! Right on the most beautiful lagoon with so many fun options for the kids to play- water slide, inflatable, snorkeling. Our apartment had two bedrooms, a very well-appointed kitchenette, and a little living room. Easy and beautiful walk into town, or can take a bike taxi or the tourist train. Excellent, kind service. It was great for our family and we’d love to stay here again!
We were so impressed by this hotel and the amazing service and hospitality of the staff. Our room was modern and nice. Since it was our. Honeymoon, they had a bottle of champagne and sweets prepared with handwritten notes. When we got lost driving to the hotel, someone came and found us. On top of that, great walkable location right on the water with food people watching from their bar and restaurant. We were here in the beginning of May and it was fantastic. The campground was not crowded, very clean and well maintained, lots of outdoor things to do with the family. We enjoyed the sea, the pool local to our cabin, and especially the large pool. We made use of the on site grocery store and restaurant. Highly recommend!
We spent three days in Casa Alice to visit Rovinj and nearby villages/wineries etc. Case Alice is in a quieter location about a 15 minute walk from the city center. We liked the location and found it preferable to staying in the center of Rovinj. Immediately upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Christian, the proprietor, and offered a beverage. He explained that food was available in the kitchen during the day and offered us some cake as well.

Such a unique stay right in the heart of Rovinj! Marijana was an amazing host - extremely helpful with instructions for parking and getting to the property, and full of great local recommendations. She even went above and beyond with some welcome treats, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The location is fantastic for exploring Rovinj on foot, and the rooms were comfortable and cozy after a day out. A really memorable place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it!
The Hotel is a really nice place with a nautical motif. It's right at the marina in Novigrad, and within walking distance to a few nice restaurants. The staff is super friendly, and the parking is outside, but secure. Breakfast is a small buffet, but they offer ala carte items as well. Overall, the place to stay in Novigrad.
Beautifully renovated place on a quiet side street in the heart of Rovinj. The apartment was clean and well-decorated and furnished in a modern fashion. The kitchen area was fully stocked with every needed to cook a meal. The shower was amazing...one of the largest I've had in a European room, and a welcome amenity after a long day at the sea.
