"This is a truckstop exit hotel. It is old unkept and very sketchy. The front desk staff was rude and made every attempt to up charge the room when checking in. The parking lot seems unsafe at night ( and in the daytime). There las car window glass in the parking lot which indicated break ins. The clientele was also questionable. The room lighting was broken. Old loud spring beds and thread bare sheets and towels. Although we were very tired and needed rest we just tried to nap instead of spending the night and left to continue our drive. Don’t stay here. Especially not a deal for the high price."

"This was a great stay - check in was easy, the rooms were large and the bathroom was good. Close to six flags with a Mcdonalds and Coffee Bean in the same complex. The only thing I would challenge is that if you book through Hotels.com then parking is charged at $15/night (states free on the Hilton website) and breakfast is very expensive at around $72 + tax when I understand it used to be included. Staff were excellent and I would stay here again. "

"The hotel decided to make breakfast a "Taco Tuesday". The net result was something that looked horrible, had no eggs, and severely undercooked bacon. I have always loved going to Hampton Inns because of their cleanliness and the excellent breakfasts. This was a terrible disappointment. I ended up spending the rest of my trip at hotels in a different hotel chain - I just can't count on Hampton Inns for consistent service."
