Very comfortable bed in the king bedrooms. Had two king rooms and both were the same as far as being clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower were very clean. Nice shower with complementary shampoo and lotions. Another chair in the room would be nice. There was one chair and a small uncomfortable flat padded bench to sit on. Small cube fridge in the rooms was nice. A small microwave would be just as nice. As would easier access to ice machines,

Unfortunately, at 1 in the morning the fire alarm went off and we had to vacate the building because someone burnt some toast, when the breakfast bar was closed. Linda in the breakfast bar was very friendly and pleasant. I will definitely think twice about choosing Best Western in the future. "

I was in the area for a few nights and just wanted a place close by, a clean room and comfortable bed. My only negatives were that the shower water pressure was weaker than I like. The bed could've been more firmer and the tv channel choices a bit more robust. The free breakfast was okay. Some protein like eggs, bacon sausage would've been nice, but I get that...
