I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. There is a free shuttle that brings you from O’Hare to the hotel but it comes once an hour so you have to plan your arrival/departure to the hotel very well. There’s also plenty of free parking which is a plus. The food at the restaurant was very good. Probably one of the best burgers and fries I’ve had. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Im glad the facilty had a pool, but disappointed that the water was ice cold. My son loves water and he only lasted 10 minutes in there before he wanted to come out

I actually like the proximity to the airport. The hotel was clean, had good amenities and has a heated pool.

Small, quaint hotel in the heart of Oak Park. Well maintained and very clean and neat. The Italian restaurant, La Notte was fantastic, both in food and service. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The hotel was telling everyone that they couldn't check in until 3pm. we needed to get to a wedding starting at 3pm. They did find a room for us before 2:30. The room was nice, the breakfast was great and the staff were very nice.

The motel was easy to get to and the room itself was very clean and well presented. I appreciate the breakfast too.

Wonderful boutique hotel in excellent Fulton Market area. Walkable to excellent dining and shopping options. The staff were all very friendly and efficient and we loved the convenience of the attached coffee shop.

Very nice room and facilities. Staff very helpful. Room was fine, but bedcover was snagged - needed replaced. Half and half in kitchen was so old it had congealed - housekeeping should pay closer attention to these details. Nevertheless, I had a good experience overall and would stay there again.

I stayed here to visit my child that attends the Art Institute and I was completely impressed. I will definitely stay here again.

We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean. This hotel is in a great location. It's walkable to many restaurants and other fun things to do in the city. We went to a Cubs game and were able to walk 5 minutes to the red line, which drops you off right at Wrigley field. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're going to a game but also want to stay in the city! This lovely hotel is nestled in a neighborhood that is quiet and very upscale. There are several restaurants in the area as well as a bar and restaurant (serving limited light fare) in the hotel lobby. For our purposes, it was located and very walkable. Great location by the Christmas Market in Daily Center. 24 hour coffee and cocoa in lobby was nice.

Loved the bar in the lobby with the DJ on the Saturday night. Pretty trendy.

I had a great time at the Hyatt! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. Only note I have is it could include a microwave. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
