"Everything else was fine besides the fact I Booked and paid for a room with a king size bed. The reception staff refused to accommodate that reservation because I had a service animal. Place was fine otherwise. Get what you pay for"

"The room was clean. Bathroom was as well. The bed was very comfortable. I was traveling alone and slept all night. I felt very safe. It is in a nice area. I will stay here agian in a few weeks on my way back home. "

"The water park needs to be worked on many things do not work and the wave pool barely makes waves and was very cold had lots of life guards though decent breakfast buffet for the price room was very plain just basic beds were comfortable but I probably won't visit here again needs to be updated"
