"First off we arrived around 3:30, check-in is 3:00, they couldn't find our reservation and then asked that we come back in a half hour to get a room. Once we returned they said they didnt have the king room that we reserved. After some time they were finally able to put us in a king room. The room was subpar to say the least. "Hotel was clean and neat and had people doing stuff all the time in the common areas. Asked for room away from elevator so it would be quiet and they put us next to a mechanical room. No storage room buffer in between just right next to it so we got to listen to the mechanical eq. everytime the a/c fan went off. Breakfast included was terrible, pancake machine didn't work right, sausage was like shoe leather, the egg omelettes cheese was not melted, raisin bran was stale but the bacon and...

"The key card had to be re-keyed EVERY SINGLE DAY!! It got ridiculous!! We were ALWAYS locked out of our room!! This was VERY INCONVENIENT, especially with two children in tow!! Nothing was offered to us for this inconvenience. The staff came up TWICE to see why the key card was not working...next day...SAME THING after returning from the wedding we were there for...key card not working!! Ridiculous. This combined with the toilet that double flushed and ran constantly..it basically SUCKED....

"Very big, i didnt like mandatory valet service for a daily fee even tho it was convenient and staff was super nice. Ours was waved due to disability. Cart rides were available to different areas of the resort. Were we supposed to tip for each cart ride? Great view of golf course except in day carr drove right by our patio. OUR FAULT WE LEFT COURSE SIDE PATIO DOOR UNLOCKED . medicine was stolen while we were gone. No cameras. All other area were excellent. Pool
