My 2nd time staying here. I love the property. Nice clean rooms. Very nice pool area. Front desk staff (Samantha) super friendly and helpful. The bar serves food and Amazing drinks. Friendly bar staff aswell. In the morning they have a Cafe for coffee and breakfast. 5 star all the way.

The golf courses (3 nine hole courses) were nice to play on. We only played on Oak and Pine (Cypress seems to be for members only). Price was good and staff helpful. The food at the resort was very good and staff very friendly. As we were there in off season, it wasn’t overly crowded at all. Rooms are nice and plenty of towels offered. Our room looked out on green #9 of the Oak course which was lovely. Resort fees of $32 per day plus mandatory valet parking fees of $32 per day need to be considered if you book through third party.

The property for the most part looked good, there were renovations being conducted. The staff was amazing, from front desk, to valet, and restaurant staff. However, the cleanliness of the property was disappointing. There were ants in the room, cobwebs were noticeable, and the tubs and showers had not been properly cleaned(which we ended up doing ourselves because we typically do that anyway while traveling). I did express that during my checkout just so they were aware of the issue. Overall a decent stay, however for the price very disappointing.

The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a great day at the pool with our family. However, the walls are very thin and you can hear EVERYTHING that is happening in adjacent rooms. Although the valet team is very helpful and friendly, I personally find it very inconvenient to be forced to use valet parking.

We recently stayed here and had a mix of positives and negatives. The highlights were definitely the staff, who were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, and the golf course was beautiful and well-maintained. We had an amazing experience at the spa. We used the gym, which was well-equipped. Unfortunately, our room left a lot to be desired. It had a strong, unpleasant odor that never went away, which made it difficult to fully relax. The pillows were also some of the most uncomfortable I've slept on. They went completely flat as soon as you laid on them. We even requested extra pillows, but stacking two more still didn't provide enough support—it felt like my head wasn't resting on anything at all. Overall, the property has a lot of great amenities and wonderful employees, but I hope they address the room conditions because those issues had a significant impact on our stay.

The resort is doing 90 million dollars in upgrades. Our 2-bedroom suite was upgraded and was very nice. I had the pork at Rare and it was delicious, highly recommend. We went off site for dinner at Cooper's Hawk and it was amazing. The tennis camp was a lot of fun and also played pickleball. The pool area was just updated as well. They did plant all new vegetation but the 2 week cold spell killed everything unfortunately and must be redone. They are going to open the spa in March 2026 and there is a sports bar that is going to open. This was a great resort.. Had a blast.

Stayed for 2 days, used the pools, and had dinner and breakfast onsite. The food was good. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean, well maintained and recently updated. Front desk was weirdly rude. Called multiple times, couldn’t get thru for things (I think that I called and got hung up on 3 different times and had to call back). Asked for shuttle from room to front it never came. Called for amenities that never were delivered. For what was otherwise an amazingly clean and nice property. The grounds staff, valets and onsite waiters were all great, and then the front desk was just so far below par. The facilities were busy, but nothing felt slammed. Overall price to value ratio was great, but the front desk was so glaringly bad that I couldn’t help but dock points.
