"Room was clean other than the dead roach on the floor entering the room. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Parking was very chaotic as there was a lot of guest. Breakfast was okay. Like that they had a variety of options to choose from. Needed a few extra towels but no more were available luckily Walmart was down the street"

"The breakfast buffet was exceptional, delicious and so many options plus the fresh coffee, I was not inpressed by their central A/C I assumed we would be nice and cool but nstead 75 degree air was blowing from the one small vent for the size of that room it took 9 hours to get cold, That was very disappointing for a Hilton hotel "

"When we checked in, the room they provided, the smoke alarm beeps, toilet doesn't flush properly. They moved us to another room, but the water that comes out of the sink faucet is barely trickling, no shampoo, no conditioner, no hangers. I needed an iron, the staff said they don't know where it is & they believed someone borrowed it but they don't know who. I asked, you guys don't have a log for it? Staff responded they do, but didn't look at it. I waited because they said they will check the laundry room while the rest of them talking in their language. The staff came back & said she can't find it. So I left, but in few seconds, they called me & said that they found it. In addition, twice, our 2 room keys have to be re-program, even tho we didn't have it close to our phones. The phone in the room is broke/no dial tone. I had to call them from my cellphone, but no one answered. I got hold of someone & mentioned about the water & telephone. But, they didn't take care of it. While I was asking for the iron in the office, I mentioned the water, no shampoo & conditioner, no hangers & the telephone. The staff apologized & stated that they're waiting for the new phone & hangers that they ordered. On the 1st night, lots of voices outside talking."

"I’ve never stayed at a place where you have to go ask for a coffee pot or hair dryer at the front desk. It was very odd to me. "

"Front desk workers were very rude and had us wait an extra two hours for room to be ready and housekeepers told them to tell us to calm down even though they were already late on having our room ready and making rude comments at check out about us wanting a later check out because we got the room so late "

"Asked for a 2nd floor room as I was staying there for the US Open Qualifier and didn’t want anyone above me to disturb my sleep. They put me right along the train tracks. Didn’t realize it until it woke me up at 12:30 and again at 3am. Neighbors speaking full volume all night until I asked staff to please ask them to quiet down. They told me in the morning that it was first floor, and down the hall. I could hear every word. If they were that far away, walls are made of paper. I’d never stay there again."
