"The bed was super comfortable. Love that each bed has four pillows! The front desk gentleman that checked us in was so kind. There was a huge family reunion there that we were not apart of but it was great to see how they allowed them to use the breakfast area in the evening and other areas throughout the motel. Plenty of free parking. Easy access to I94 and everywhere we needed to go."
"When we checked in, and walked into the room, the tvs were on alight was on and the temperature cool from outdoor summer heat. It felt immediately welcoming and inviting.

"Room didn't have fridge, microwave, hair dryer- none of the usual amenities, no coffee. BUT it was generally quiet except for the folks pounding something above our room. It was conveniently located to businesses, gas station, and restaurants."
"I was dissatisfied with the lack of housekeeping services during my stay. The front desk did not communicate if housekeeping would not be provided, and upon our arrival that evening, I called the front desk for assistance. The gentleman who answered the phone was quite rude and dismissive. When I expressed the need for towels and other essentials, he indicated that he was too busy to engage in the conversation, suggesting that I should retrieve the items myself. I found this response to be highly unprofessional. Additionally, when we went down to obtain the towels, I noticed him conversing with a young woman, who appeared to be his girlfriend. Overall, the behavior of the staff was unsatisfactory and did not meet professional standards."
