6/10 Good

The lobby area and breakfast area were very well maintained. They were resurfacing the parking lot, so we had to park off-site. Our room needs an upgrade. It looked "tired". The shower area looked like it had mold on the grout on the tiles. The shower head was loose in the holder which made it more of a challenge to use. I asked for a philips screwdriver to try to tighten the shower head but it didn't work.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds, bedding, amenities were all wonderful for our larger family. We enjoyed the fitness center and pool as well and they were both clean and great for us!

10/10 Exceptional

The room was clean and comfortable. I was traveling alone, so I didn't need more the one bed, but the two queen beds and the pullout couch would have been useful with a larger group.
