We were a large group with 20+ rooms and everything went smooth. They were prepared for our high school football team at breakfast every morning. If there was a loss key (teenagers), they accommodated without any questions. The rooms were excellent with comfortable beds and sofas. I almost forgot to mention we spent a lot of time the Bar Lounge, the food was delicious, We will definitely return to Hyatt Place.
The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The hotel staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I have had in years, with rotating options, an omelet bar, and fresh cut pineapple. It was an all around 5 star stay.
The Residence Inn Oahu Kapolei is an excellent choice if you are looking for a great place to stay that is not on the water. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff is outstanding! Lots of fun water activities for families. Beach and wonderful lagoon for ocean swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding. Service is excellent. Pretty good restaurant options onsite.
Only weak spot was the room, which was ok for a high quality resort. Also they don't have daily room cleaning service, only a "light" clean every other day, which is annoying.

My family of 7 ( 5 adults, 2 children 5 & 6) stayed at Aulani in November. As we arrived we were greeted outside and we all received leis. We had a 2 bedroom villa.
