"We stayed over overnight in order to attend a friend’s wedding the next day. We were very happy with our room, the lobby, sitting area and appearance and cleanliness of the continental breakfast. Very nice place to say for the price."
"I love this hotel! ❤️Nice Clean room and the bed are so comfortable with reasonable price, the staffs are friendly and breakfast included! Bonus is at night there's no noise! There's no kids running in the hall or dog barking. This hotel allows pets! I can't say enough how wonderful this hotel is. Thank you for a great experience. 👍✌️"
"You get what you pay for. In an area of expensive hotel rooms, this was a good value option. The rooms were older and could use an upgrade. The chairs need to be re upholstered, etc. There was ample parking and the area felt safe for a male. It was a good basic option."
"For the price you can't beat this recently remodeled Red Roof. Great location close to
M-59. Very quite night and day. Pet friendly and the grounds are cleaner than most expensive hotels. Staff is absolutely amazing."
"Very nice roo in a very nice building. Spacious lobby. Courteous staff. Wide open breakfast area with variey and plenty of hot items. I give it 5***** stars."
"Excellent breakfast. Always fresh and many selections. Omelets made on sight. Convenient location right off I-75 and close to Somerset mall. Larry was very welcoming, accommodating and informative the front desk. "
"everything was perfect! From the gym to the sauna and hot tub to the bar and diner! Hailie helped make it for a great experience and peaceful time! Tip of the hat to the chef as well! "
"Hotel was clean, staff very friendly and professional. Location excellent and area safe. Food very good. We will be back in a few weeks. Best hotel in Auburn Hills. Patricia Young."
"This hotel is much older and has not been updated. The staff was wonderful, but there were not enough of them for guests' needs. For a class reunion, there was only one bartender. Much later, more came. In the morning, one chef was unable to come, so breakfast was later. The food, however, was quite good for dinner and breakfast. We really liked that all rooms were suites with ample room and two tvs. All of the rooms in the suite could be closed off from the other rooms."
"Room can use upgrades
Had patch of carpet cut out and another piece placed on top tobpatch. Then corner of TV stand was chewed off as if a dog may have chewed up. Hallways smelled mildew but quiet area a. For overnight staying was pk"
"Review SpringHill Suites Detroit Auburn Hills was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast had a good variety, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it."
"The location is away from all the noise and easy access. Not far from the city though. Great staff! Very spacious room. Super comfortable stay I would recommend!"
"Have stayed multiple times in the past several months. Staff is always very friendly and helpful and remembers me! Hotel is being upgraded, but still very clean and comfortable. Breakfast options are standard yet good. Live that it is right off the freeway and positioned in the traffic light pattern to be safe on the always busy Hall Rd. Will continue book at this location when I need to be in town."

If you want to see a show while you're in town, try and grab some tickets at Meadow Brook Amphitheatre in Rochester Hills. If you enjoy the show and want to see another, Meadow Brook Theatre isn't far.
You could catch an event at Meadow Brook Music Festival, a stadium in Rochester Hills. If you think Meadow Brook Music Festival is cool, you also might like Athletics Center O'Rena, located nearby.
I have to say that I was extremely pleased with WoodSpring. I went in with low expectations since the room was only $50 a night. But everything worked out for me very well indeed.
My elderly parents had recently moved into a small apartment in a senior living facility nearby, so there was no room for me to stay with them when I visited from out of state. WoodSpring was the solution. My room came with a full-size refrigerator, a sink, a two-burner stove and a microwave. Plus, a Meijer's...
It was a one night stay so we chose this hotel for its location. We didn't realize that it was a fairly new hotel. Our room was very modern, pretty and clean. We had more towels than we needed! Loved the charging unit on the desk for phone charging. Loved the lounge chair. Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and accommodating, especially the breakfast attendant. We had a wonderful experience, loved this hotel.
love its new . A month and 1/2 old .
breakfast was reasonable .
i definitely will recommend this location . the site is near restaurants .
Glad i found this hotel .
Exterior is a bit rough but the rooms were clean and in great repair. No frills but considering price I think it's a great value. The staff I interacted with were all helpful and friendly. I'd certainly stay there again.
My absolute favorite place to stay during work trips. Safe, quiet. The staff is excellent... Especially the maids/breakfast ladies!!! So polite and lovely.
I was impressed by the cleanliness and aesthetics of the property. It reminded me of the retro-inspired place I stayed at in Wildwoods, NJ. Staff was quite eager to help out and give recommendations. I think the one issue I had was the stairway to the second floor. I'm clumsy, so that stairway was scary. The middle courtyard would be fun in warmer weather.
SUPER clean property and rooms,,and the staff was super friendly!! Excellent fitness area and pool/hot tub were really nice!! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!
Seriously, this hotel was so perfect that the hotel we stayed at during the second part of our recent Labor Day trip to Michigan just didn't compare!! We wanted so badly to drive back to Novi and stay there, but we had already (apparently) pre-paid for the second hotel (which was horrible). We were so bummed! This hotel set the bar pretty high, and we will probably be comparing every future hotel to this one! The beds were extremely comfortable, the surroundings outside were gorgeous, the...
The place is a historical building with a lot of old world charm! The room was comfortable a bit dated with a clean bathroom. They are renovating 2 of the other two houses with future plans to fully renovated
This was the surprise of the year so far. The hotel was fantastic. The staff mentioned they have been open for over a year already but it looks like it opened yesterday-clean clean clean. The hotel has a pantry that is very affordable for a night snack or anything you need which was another surprise. Fantastic stay.
This was the perfect location for an extended stay during my daughter's hospitalization nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by the large space of the room, and the amenities included. A full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop, coffee maker, and cups and dishes in the cabinet was more than I expected! Laundry and workout facilities were a bonus, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely look for Sonesta Simply Suites when I'm booking another long-term stay.
Anelle the front desk help is Wonderful and very friendly!
Nice MODERN hotel. Think Gen Z accommodations. If you are looking for huge rooms and a "classic stuffy old hotel" just keep going. BUT if you just want a clean and modern room to sleep and a fresh look this fits the bill.
Breakfast was GREAT! BED is nice and firm but not hard. Shower water is Volcanically HOT! Wife loved it. Work out room well equipped equipment clean and in great condition. Will defiantly stay at a TRU property...
The front desk workers were amazing and the room was honestly the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. We were here for a concert and we had overcome so much just to even get to Michigan. So when we checked in at 1am, it was nice to be greeted by wonderful staff
