"Really enjoyed my stay here. Hotel was really nice, and bed was super comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Did miss having a coffee machine in the hotel or a breakfast area but Starbucks was right next door so they had daily custom from me. Location was great being just off Times Square so was central to pretty much everything. Check in was easy, staff welcoming and friendly. Check out was great and was able to leave case for a few hours with the bellhops. Even the manager (assuming?) asked if the stay was nice and said they had rooms if I wanted another night - if only my flight could be changed, I would have definitely stayed longer!!! Would definitely stay here again because the rooms were super confortable, staff we all lovely and the location was perfect for everything. "

"We loved that the hotel was in Times Square. It was very convenient to get around and it was the perfect spot to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday. The only down side we encountered was the sewage smell coming from the bathroom. (It had a mold smell combined with sewage) Nonetheless, it was an easy fix. We just made sure to cover the drainage from the tub and sink. (I did feel sick the day after (Asthma) but I'm pretty sure it's a combination of many things.) We'll definitely be back! We will be pro-active next time if we do see/smell something that is not right. Thank you! "

"We had a very nice stay. Weess here for 5 nights. The only thing i can say bad is. There is time in the day when the elevator can't keep up with the amount of people in the building. There is 6 elevators and they move fast through the 38 floors but it will stop at every floor, even if it is loaded to the max. Need to come up with a way to count have many people it has on it at one time. So it will keep traveling, if there is no more room on it."

"Very nice hotel, conveniently located next to Grand Central terminal. Able to hop on the subway and easily get anywhere you need to go. Staff was great, hotel was safe and clean. Will definitely stay here again."
