"The AC stayed cool but the parking late night was hard"

"The room was decent. We didn’t get our room cleaned twice while there for 6 nights. I didn’t like that there are never any chairs available at the pool."

"Staff at front desk are not very polite. Also Guest services never showed up to my room. I ordered ice, after waiting an hour I had to go down stairs and request it with another front desk employee he was polite. Another night fire alarms went off for 30 minutes and no announcement was made afterwards wether it was a a test,false alarm or a real fire. I found out when I went down through the emergency exit staircase and I ran into an employee who let me know what was going on. Overall the hotel is nice but for the price the service is not worth it. Valet is overpriced $75 per night. Except a couple employees who did a great job"

"The service was amazing. The guy who picked us up from the airport was great! The guy who took us to the cruise port was also great! The check-in was amazing. The hotel is just kind of old and yucky. We weren’t too excited about the food options nearby"

"Very well located in Miami Beach, with a nice pool area and beach access. The rooms were just recently renovated, giving a stylish beach vibe to each room. Very comfy beds as well."

"The room was comfortable but dated and the bathroom was lack luster and not spotless as I would’ve liked but doable. I liked the included breakfast and shuttle service. I also enjoyed the happy hour!! I felt the communication from the staff could have been better and the prices at Grill 350 were a tad too much. Overall the hotel served its purpose but I probably wouldn’t stay there again."
