"All in all, this is a really nice hotel. The staff is top-notch, the entire facility is clean, and it's great that you can access the Pru, a connector mall with high-end stores, without having to brave Boston's cold winds. Just two complaints: the breakfast buffet was way too expensive considering the paltry spread, and the accessible room we ordered did not have a walk-in shower, just a tub with grab bars. I can't figure out why hotels as big as this one don't have more rooms with walk-in showers AND anti-slip pads for the bath. My mother, who is almost 90, decided not to take a chance taking a shower. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

" Very poor check in. They have a few employees at front desk look at you while you complete the check in process yourself. Rooms are extremely small. Do not recommend."
