"Breakfast menu was great. The staff was friendly, Parking garage was easy. The room was clean but they only give you one complementary bottle of water in the room so plan accordingly otherwise one of you will be drinking the $9 dollar bottle of Fiji water in the room. "

"The hotel is decent. The room was amazing! We were sho thrilled to have 2 separate rooms a livingroom and a bedroom it was so nice. We were there and there was a school field trip as well and with that many kids there the place was well kept. Towels at the pool took a little longer but over all we enjoyed our time and will be back very soon. "

"Giving the price, is hard to complain about this hotel. It is ok if you’re planning on being out all day and just get to the hotel at night. Close enough to Boston; we stayed during Marathon weekend when every hotel in Boston is over $300 a night and Motel 6 was $100"

"Clean room and nic supper and breakfast but 4 items to be noted:- 1) Internet was very intermittent and I get going off line and having to sign in again. Other customers made the same complaint as I did to the front desk. They finally stopped saying it was my laptop and said they'd look into it 2) The Regatta restaurant did not have a Wine and Cocktail list with prices which is unacceptable. No list at all. 3) The electronic key to our room did not work on a number of occasions. 4) We tried to set the room temp at 68F as instructed but it always went back to 70F Please forward me the responses from the Hotel - specially re the Internet that needs serious fixing. "The mattress and pillows were way too soft from my liking. I would, however, like to meet the “genius” engineer, who decided that when you turn the heat down in your room, you don’t just wait for it to get cooler, but the air conditioning comes on! That is the stupidest thing I have ever seen in a hotel. "

"One observation to share is that when one leaves their room there is no signage to show where the ice machines or vending machines are. Or where the Fire Exits are? Granted, that once a hallway is full of smoke there is no visibility. But it seems very barren to walk down hotel hallways and there is not signage for important needs. And yes, at the end of the hallways there are Fire Exit signs."
