"Getting to hotel sucks Watch your vehicle park in lighted areas"

"We booked a room for 3 nights to watch our son graduate from college and to do some sightseeing while we were there. Day 1: the elevators were fine. A little slow but fine. Day 2: going up from the lobby, the elevator would pass you up 3-4 times before stopping at the lobby (the lobby is on the 2nd floor). Day 3: We gave up and proceeded to take the stairs. We had 2 rooms (total) booked (one was a double bed with a pull out couch in another room) with 6 adults and 1 child. We all agreed that the lobby, walking into the hotel, smelled like body odor and the elevators smelled like sewage. Guess it was a good thing we chose to take the stairs.... although, carrying baggage down the stairs was an adventure in itself. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were horrible! All 4 pillows, stacked together, were about 2 inches thick with your head lying on them. We went to Walmart and bought 4 pillows, pillow cases and a duffle bag to carry them in for about $120 and that made a HUGE difference for us. It made it a little more tolerable. The towels and rags felt like they were heavily starched which resembled sandpaper rubbing your face and body. Breakfast was exactly what you expect a hotel "buffet" to be.....powdered eggs, frozen sausage and packaged gravy to go over the biscuits. For a so-called "free" meal, it served its purpose. We all got full. Was this the most horrible hotel we've ever stayed at? Absolutely not! Would we stay here again? Probably not."

"We had such a wonderful stay here! The hotel was very clean, family-friendly, and had so many fun activities for kids to enjoy. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. We accidentally left my daughter’s bunny in the room as we were leaving, and one of the male staff members actually ran it down to us before we drove away. Such a small act that meant the world to my daughter. So incredibly sweet and appreciated. Thank you for making our stay extra special!"

"This is the 4th time we've stayed at this hotel in the area for softball and we love it every single time. From the welcoming staff, to the clean rooms, clean property, to the good breakfast. To a great location with several food places within walking distance, and a safe area all the way around. Plus the pool is huge with a nice hot tub to boot! I'd recommend this hotel a 100 times! "

"We stayed here for one night. The facility is new and everything was clean and had that new smell. Unfortunately, there is a small tennis/basketball court right in front of the room we stayed in. We were on the 1st floor, room 127. The court is literally within 5-10 feet of the room. We heard a bouncing ball and loud screams until 10:30pm. When I called the front desk at 9pm to find out what time we could expect the loud noise to stop, I was told 10:30pm. This is way too late in my opinion. We had to play our TV very loud and the noise of a bouncing ball and loud screaming overpowered our evening. In addition, our TV in the living room area would not upload and we couldn’t use it. That was even after I asked for help and the young man at the front desk came down to reset it. I definitely would not recommend staying here or in the very least, nowhere near room 127."
