Don’t have micro oven in the home when you have one year with you you have to come downstairs middle of the night and heat it up his bottle and when you asked to staff, can you help me for my luggage is to get my room and she said we don’t help or really I am never ever going to stay again in Holiday Inn and I am regular travel"

"Toilet poor flush, no plastic bags in waste basket, mascara stain on new face cloth. There was a small turd in the elevator on Fri Eve. I reported it and by Sunday am, it was stepped on and dried. No dresser, just wicker baskets for clothes, no micro wave or refrigerator. Two nights in a row,room key didn’t work. Room was about a block and a half from lobby. This hotel and traffic are the only awful things about Chicago"

"Breakfast was great- many selections to choose from. Only negative is I took my 2 granddaughters to the pool and I counted 65 kids in the pool. Never was able to use the pool during my stay which was a major decision in my choosing your hotel. "

"Hotel is very old, it definetly does not look the same as in the photos. Overall ok, but everything seemd old.. The hallways, rooms and all. Very Average rating."

"Staff and services were excellent. However my last night there the airplane noise was extremely loud. Not sure if the flight pattern changed, but kept me awake with earplugs."
