Hotel was very clean. One negative thing would be their checking we arrived at 230 walked around to check it out and it said check in was at 3 but when I went to check in they told me 4pm otherwise they would have to charge me a fee. Which is ridiculous. Then went to use our dining credit and they couldn’t find it.

Everything was great except the check in process. 4pm is check in and the room wasn’t ready until 6pm. I asked for a credit or voucher for the inconvenience and the staff immediately told me nothing could be done. I asked to speak with a manager then all of a sudden I could receive a credit for 25.00 to be used on food. I purchased 2 cokes and a water with the credit and told it would be applied. Be careful with the check out process. They were going to charge me for the drinks. I had to inform her I had the credit.

As we checked in, it is obviously a casino, but the front desk was super helpful and very nice. They recommended a burger place right off the front desk, and it was amazing. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was a great night's sleep. When we woke up, we stopped by the little cafe for breakfast before checking out. Overall, I would stay there again 10/10. times.

Check in was so slow. They wouldn’t let us check in at 330 quoting 4pm but then we checked in at 350pm. Aback good and small restaurants leave a lot to be desired. The room is fantastic! Great set up and floor plan. The coffee maker needs a quick start card.

The hotel was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful the only problem I had was that the room didn’t have a microwave which was an inconvenience and the thermostat. When we changed the temperature to 70 it would switch to heat so we had to keep it on 68 the whole weekend which kept the room freezing. Other than that the stay was great.

Was overcharged $5 at the pizza place and the issue was never corrected. Check in was rough. Wanted to charge $30 for early check in at 130 pm. They did give me the room at 230 with no charge. Ordered a soda while playing a slot drink never came. Asked for a comp from my play for a food credit they seemed very confused on what I was asking for.
