Perfect stay! Room was large, especially for NY standards. Bed super comfy, curtains blocked light and room was very quiet. Amenities were awesome and we were able to check in early and store our luggage with no problem at the end. Warwick still has it!
This is a pretty nice place in a nice quiet neighborhood. The lobby offers easy access for your luggage and the elevators are only steps away. The elevators are slow, clunky and noisy but that is not a big deal. The room was quite spacious with a work space area but I wished it had a larger fridge instead of the little one that was there. I'm a regular at Pod 39 when I come to NYC by myself. It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels).
This is a well maintained property in a safe walkable part of Midtown East. I would def stay here again (I'm tri-state and travel to the city often). One note for non-tech folks, there are no room keys, it's all done on your phone through an app. I've stay at hotels where this was an option, but for this hotel it is the only option. This does allow you to set everything up before arrival (maybe after you have stayed a few times), having said that there was a staff member there to help me through...

This was one of the few times that we got to our room before housekeeping was done. The smell of Clorox was affirming in that I felt like the bathroom was REALLY sanitized before we got in! IT. FELT. CLEAN!!! And housekeeping was not one person doing everything; it was a team of cleaners going over the room!

Had a great stay here. Rooms are just big enough for one person to stay comfortably. Staff was so kind and accommodating. Only slight issue was slow elevators but as long as you leave your room 5 minutes before you normally would you should be able to get an elevator in time. Really pleased with this stay after going in pretty blind.
Only stayed for one night but it was perfect! Close to the train station, good places to eat all around, staff were friendly and the hotel was clean! Would definitely stay here again!!
