We were really annoyed at this point but he checked us in and gave us keys right away, well before check in time. I appreciated that and for this reason our stay was great!"

"was there for an event at the hotel. parking almost impossible and expensive. hotel is run down. little things like broken lights in room, outlets that dont work, etc. "

"Room smelled like cigarettes, lobby door was locked at 8:30 pm and attendant was not friendly. Bed mattress was really hard. Room was definitely dated. Place was noisy with guests who were up late. Toilet was very low to ground. Sheets and towels were clean and had mounted toiletries. Water was hot. Had coffee maker, microwave and fridge."
