"During the booking process, the price changed three times. That was an issue. Overall, this travel court was a trip back to the 1950s. I was there two days and the manager had to visit my room three times to deal with TV issues (the whole system had to be rest) and wifi problems (kept getting kicked off). One of the reasons I picked this place was a review that described a great breakfast. That was not true. No eggs, no meats, just bagels, dry cereal, bananas and apples. The breakfast area was quite small. Bed was comfortable. Little fridge was really noisy. Bathroom amenities were way below average -- I had to ask for a box tissue, for instance. Manager was friendly enough. If you're looking for minimal accommodations, this might be your spot. It's located on the eastern edge of the Pennsylvania Dutch touristy area, which is a blessing and a curse, depending on the reason for your trip. "

"Checked in on Monday water had just been turned on at 4:00 pm and there were signs stating the water would be turned off from 9:30 am until 5:00 pm on Tuesday the guy at the desk never mentioned it. I asked for a discount he advised I needed to speak with Expedia. Not friendly at all. One employee actually said hello as we were checking out. I will not book there again. "

"We stayed last weekend and well actually be staying again this weekend. The room was clean and nice. Front desk and staff were very sweet. The hotel was nice and quiet and you see beautiful sunsets from the room overlooking the countryside. The only downfall is the WiFi is not good at all but we didn’t need it so it was fine for our family. And the wasn’t a designated smoking area where we seen so we weren’t really sure where to smoke so we just went to the dumpsters on the edge of the property to respect other people staying there. "

"I liked the Hotel Rock but it needs some improvements. Pros: loved the bartenders and drinks at the restaurant, Per Diem, cool atmosphere, good location. Cons: staff didn't explain anything about property at check-in, no dishes/utensils/glassware, even though we had a suite with a kitchenette. There were 3 of us staying in the suite (I had to give everyone's name at check-in). However, we had to ask for an extra bath towel both nights of our stay since they only provided two. "
