"We stay at the Ayres hotels when we visit southern CA. Loved the fall colors decor. The breakfast is usually the highlight. We traveled with 2 kids and they look forward to the waffle maker. This hotel did not have a waffle maker. Apart from that, our stay was pleasant. We took a LYFT to & from Knott’s and Disneyland. Super close to both amusement parks. The front staff were super friendly."

"A friend and I stayed at the JW during a recent trip to Disneyland. We are so glad we chose this hotel. The hotel is stunning, immaculate and so comfortable. Their market is a perfect place to grab a quick bite for breakfast and a coffee before heading out to the parks. The hotel has a daily fee which includes a $20 credit to use at the market or the onsite restaurants or bar. The JW is conveniently located across the street from the Toy Story parking lot. There is a free shuttle from that lot to Disneyland. If you choose to walk, it only takes about 15 minutes. I enjoy nice hotels and usually stay at the Grand Californian, if it’s available, The JW will probably be my first choice in the area from now on."
