Everything was great! It was clean and very roomy. Breakfast was great!

We always stay here when we visit our son at GVSU. Easy short drive to campus. New, clean, quiet.

We stayed at Springhill in order to enjoy a day of shopping in Grandville. I am a frequent traveler and extremely picky. I was pleasantly surprised at just how nice the room was. Loved the bathroom setup and the spaciousness of a walk-in closet for storing everything. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!

The front desk lady when we checked in was awesome. Food prep area could use some cleaning periodically when it is being served in the morning. Other then that it was a great stay.

This hotel looks brand new. It was clean and comfortable. The man at the front desk was helpful and friendly. Our breakfast was ok. This Hyatt is debuting a new breakfast plan/menu. It had breakfast sandwiches, egg bites, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and bread. The food was good but some of the sandwiches were hard and the egg bites were dry due to the method they used to keep them warm, in a pan on a cooktop, but if they figure that out the food would be good. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in a while. Decent breakfast and great water pressure in the shower. Would stay here again.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! We like to have fresh towels everyday and this hotel was so nice about accommodating the request for multiple towels and washcloths. The breakfast was perfect also! I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Michigan. We stayed 3 nights and really liked our room.

Lots of seating lobby to eat. Nice outside patio tables. Great staff. Would stay again for sure.
