Hotels in Oakbrook Terrace

We chose this hotel last minute and we were nervous because there were a couple recent negative reviews. There were 4 of us in our family and couldn't find anything negative to say about the hotel. The only disappointing fact was that the rooftop bar was not open but that wasn't a big deal. Everything was very clean. Arlo Chicago is in the perfect location for walkable access to so many Chicago sights, excellent food (please try the Broken English Taco Pub around the corner!), bars, shopping, etc. It was also very conveniently located to access the L when we needed to get to other parts of the city! The staff was BEYOND accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and exceeded all comfort expectations! I also highly recommend the lobby bar for a great happy hour spot!!! Loved the bar in the lobby with the DJ on the Saturday night. Pretty trendy.

My visits to this hotel are always pleasant. Vanessa is a joy to see; she is both helpful and kind, along with the other staff members. The quality is great for the price.

Booked my room for a weekend track meet at a very good rate through Expedia. When we arrived the staff asked why we were in town. Explaining my daughters meet, the ladies were very excited to talk with her and ask her to come back the next day and tell them how she did. The next day we showed up in the lobby with the good news. The lady working was thrilled and even bought my daughter a bag of chips. They COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER! Room and the overall hotel was about as clean as you can ask...

They have just finished renovationg all the rooms, will be starting the lobby in February. Great location in Oak Brook or for easy access to get Downtown. Brunch is available , parking is an additional cost, $8.00

Nice people and quiet stay. Outdoor pool was an eyesore and not in use. But overall fine stay.

The hotel was great. I was placed in a room. Where constructoon was going on outside. I had planned to sleep in, but at 715 the sound of a jack hanmer woke me up.

Forever one of my favorite hotels and one of my two favorite Courtyard properties I've ever stayed at! This is the 3rd year in a row we've stayed here when coming to Chicago and it never disappoints. It feels like a high-end hotel for an affordable price (considering where it is)! The staff is great super helpful, rooms are so clean and overall just is one of the nicest places! Highly recommend if you're looking for a spot in Chicago!

Extremely easy check in, attentive and friendly staff, the attached restaurant and staff where great, we where given a credit to use at the restaurant upon check in at the hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but will do if your single or a couple, we feel the like shower design could be better as it causes water to get on the floor, the downside is parking, but it’s the cost of being in a prime location, I would stay again

This hotel is in a great location. It's walkable to many restaurants and other fun things to do in the city. We went to a Cubs game and were able to walk 5 minutes to the red line, which drops you off right at Wrigley field. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're going to a game but also want to stay in the city! This hotel offers amenities that others do not anymore - free breakfast and a daily complimentary happy hour! The rooms and rest of the property is kept clean, as well....

I enjoyed my stay here. I didn’t get a chance to experience breakfast or the pool, but it's nice that they're avaliable. I loved the area, very easy to walk for food and entertainment. The bed does need replacing as it makes a squeaking noise when you sit on it and the mattress wasn't that comfortable. Even with that, I would stay here again.
