"The floors were sticky and the bathroom wasn’t clean, beds were uncomfortable"

"Room was nice but amenities were ok. Pool wasn't open and breakfast had very little options even though there was over an hour left."

"You won’t always have a microwave in your room but the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I never feel uncomfortable and I would suggest the hotel to a friend so everything is worth what your paying for. "

"I had a very upsetting experience at this hotel. Someone was able to check in using my ID, which is a serious security issue. when they told me that i expected immediate help and concern, but that was not the case at all. The afternoon staff was especially unhelpful and came across as rude and dismissive. I was scared and confused about what was happening, and instead of reassuring me or taking action, they did very little to support me. They did not properly assist in contacting the police or handling the situation with urgency, which made everything worse. This situation made me feel unsafe and unheard. A hotel should prioritize guest safety and take identity-related issues very seriously. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope management addresses these concerns so no one else has to go through something like this. so never again"
