We loved it! The kids loved the pool/water park and we loved the attached bar and restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice.

Always a great stay - when traveling with pets, I prefer to have a room on the main floor with a door directly outside without having to go thru the hallway. Room was spacious, floor carpeted, breakfast with a great variety & popular. Would be great if restaurants nearby would be open later, but we can’t have everythhing,

Stayed for the Fargo marathon. Extremely convenient walk over to packet pickup and race start. Very nice, clean and modern room.

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A very nice breakfast. Very clean, the bed a little harder than I am use to but overall enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again the next time I am in town.

Facility is in quiet area within easy driving of dining and shopping. Staff was friendly professional and prompt. Room was spacious and clean.

Great family swimming pool! My family had a great time with the little ones using the slide in the kids pool. The adult kids had a great time in the large pool playing basketball. The hot tub was the perfect temperature as grandma and the little one sat in the just right temperature.

This place is always a go to for me and my boyfriend because he can park his semi at the petro station and we can actually enjoy a night together with a dip in one of the many hot tubs. The bed is always comfortable, the room is always nice and cool, everything is clean, and the breakfast is always delicious. The pancake machine is my favorite part about breakfast along with fresh baked goods in the case. This time it was the mini chocolate filled donuts that were my favorite. The later check...

Fantastic stay in downtown Fargo. Parking is just ok, the don’t have their own ramp.

Wow! What a pleasant, unexpected surprise at this hotel. We thought we had booked a historical old hotel, only to find a place normally found in swanky, much larger cities. Our room had amazing views with floor to ceiling windows. Absolutely lovely!

Staff did not acknowledge us . Only 1 housekeeper said hello and was friendly. Staff at the front desk always avoided eye contact except on check in.

I arrived at the hotel very late at night, I booked the hotel through Expedia and the reservation was made on the wrong day it was for the next day but was supposed to be for the day I arrived. I called Expedia and after about an hour on the phone with them they told me that there is a penalty of the whole amount to change the date on the reservation and only the hotel can waive it. The man working the front desk on 05/22/21 @ 11:00 pm at night was my savior he waived the fee and after six hours...
