Room was clean. Building is under repairs so no amenities were available. If you are coming to only sleep, It is good enough. I will stay again at this hotel if I need to just sleep.

Was pleasantly surprised after reading previous reviews. They are renovating rooms and you can tell they are putting forth an effort to improve the place inside and out. The room we stayed in was basically brand new, even had to peel the plastic off the mirror. There are areas that are currently being renovated but it didn't effect our stay.

There was no desk clerk on site when we checked in or checked out The maintenance man-who was the best part of the stay- gave us a room that was being renovated. The deadbolt didn’t work, nor did the tv or the ice machine.

The property was undergoing some maintenance. There were mattresses in the hallways. Curtains had rips/holes in them. There is potential here, but I would not hurry to book again unless I know upgrades are done.

The property was actually fairly clean and recently updated. However, our room had ants. The bathroom was renovated to be handicapped accessible but the shower sent water EVERY where and there were holes in the wall that didn't get finished with the renovation. The front desk person checked us in and we never saw him again. There were a pile of keys on the desk when we left, and I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come out so I could ask for soap,but no one ever did.

Internet was fine. TV was difficult to navigate & no physical printed guide provided. Property is difficult to locate. Property is being remodeled w/no mention of it online & no apology for such at the property. Pool closed. Dirty windows at front entrance. I stayed in room #120

The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different.

Staff were amazing, helpful and very polite. Unfortunately the huge tv in my room was damaged and did not work. It would have been good to know this info in advance because I like relaxing by watching tv in the evening, but I could not do so. Rooms were booked up and i could not get a different room. Breakfast was to start at 6am, but was not ready until 6:30am. I was pleased with the breakfast options because there was more than just waffles. There was scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, (i think thats what it was) hard boiled eggs, fruit, granola bars, porridge, yogurt, cereal, toast, both regular and sugar free jams and syrup, peanut butter, nutella, juices, coffee & tea I did not use any amenities. The linens and bath towels were new, the room was fresh and well lit. It was small (2 queen beds) with only walking room from the end of the beds to the desk areas and in-between the beds. Not a big deal for me, as I just want to put me feet up and watch tv and then bedtime. On another note, I was confused because the hotel is changing their brand name, so I thought I was at the wrong hotel. Overall, I definitely would return again and I feel that the minor problems happened because they were upgrading the hotel.

The TV did not work, there was no microwave, and there was a hole in the bathroom door. The breakfast was negligible. I did not leave, but I would not have stayed a 2nd night.

The experience began with a literal "walk of hazards" as the kids, barefoot and hopeful for the pool, had to navigate exposed carpet tack strips only to find the swimming pool under renovation. They retreated to the room in total disappointment, but the house didn't stay quiet for long. ​The moment they sat on the bed: Bang! The sound was violent enough to make you wonder if someone was practicing on a steel drum or popping a massive dent out of a truck hood. In reality, it was just the bed frame's structural contortion protesting the weight of a third-grader. Between that and the lukewarm shower—complete with a mold-spotted curtain—the infrastructure left much to be desired. ​However, the stay wasn't without its saving graces: ​Pet Friendly: Finding a place that allows the whole family (including the four-legged members) is a definite plus. ​Clean Linens: Despite the noisy frame, the bed itself was notably clean. ​Neutral Olfactory Experience: Surprisingly, there were no "questionable" or lingering smells, which is a rare win for a budget-tier room. ​If you’re traveling with pets and prioritize a clean sheet over a quiet bed or a hot shower, this might work—just watch your step on the carpet transitions.
