Room was clean. Building is under repairs so no amenities were available. If you are coming to only sleep, It is good enough. I will stay again at this hotel if I need to just sleep.

Was pleasantly surprised after reading previous reviews. They are renovating rooms and you can tell they are putting forth an effort to improve the place inside and out. The room we stayed in was basically brand new, even had to peel the plastic off the mirror. There are areas that are currently being renovated but it didn't effect our stay.

Late check in is tough but need to be friendlier to travelers. We didn't plan to be late, but combination of airlines and car rentals made us late.

Renovation was happening, no access to pool or gym. Room bed sheets were dirty, felt more like a motel, and wifi was not working. I ended my stay early!

The property was undergoing some maintenance. There were mattresses in the hallways. Curtains had rips/holes in them. There is potential here, but I would not hurry to book again unless I know upgrades are done.

There was no desk clerk on site when we checked in or checked out The maintenance man-who was the best part of the stay- gave us a room that was being renovated. The deadbolt didn’t work, nor did the tv or the ice machine.

The property was actually fairly clean and recently updated. However, our room had ants. The bathroom was renovated to be handicapped accessible but the shower sent water EVERY where and there were holes in the wall that didn't get finished with the renovation. The front desk person checked us in and we never saw him again. There were a pile of keys on the desk when we left, and I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come out so I could ask for soap,but no one ever did.

This wax the oddest hotel stay ever. I got nervous after booking when I noticed how poorly the place was reviewed. Figured my chances were 50/50 of having a good stay. I found our room to be clean, which was the most important thing to me. It’s obviously mid-renovation. That said, it’s as if the renos are being done by children. Our room seemed to have been already updated. The wardrobe/desk furnishings were new but ill-fitting and already broken. The bathroom door only opened/closed with extra force because it got hung up on the floor in the middle. Tilework, baseboards, drywall…all amazing messy. The hotel needs to be refunded by their contractors. The bed, pillows, blankets were comfy and the A/C worked great.

Staff were amazing, helpful and very polite. Unfortunately the huge tv in my room was damaged and did not work. It would have been good to know this info in advance because I like relaxing by watching tv in the evening, but I could not do so. Rooms were booked up and i could not get a different room. Breakfast was to start at 6am, but was not ready until 6:30am. I was pleased with the breakfast options because there was more than just waffles. There was scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, (i think thats what it was) hard boiled eggs, fruit, granola bars, porridge, yogurt, cereal, toast, both regular and sugar free jams and syrup, peanut butter, nutella, juices, coffee & tea I did not use any amenities. The linens and bath towels were new, the room was fresh and well lit. It was small (2 queen beds) with only walking room from the end of the beds to the desk areas and in-between the beds. Not a big deal for me, as I just want to put me feet up and watch tv and then bedtime. On another note, I was confused because the hotel is changing their brand name, so I thought I was at the wrong hotel. Overall, I definitely would return again and I feel that the minor problems happened because they were upgrading the hotel.
