"We had to contact the staff for some missing towels and to clean the floor after tracking in a lot of salt and snow. They were very responsive to all of our requests. Everyone was very helpful and the waitress in the restaurant was outstanding! "

"The hotel was clean and quiet. It has many dining and shopping options nearby. The pool and hot tub is clean. While the free breakfast was simple, it was very good.
We traveled from Michigan to ride our mountain bikes at the local indoor bike park. The staff were fine with us bringing our bike into the room. Other hotels do not allow this. We will definitely consider booking here again.
