"The renovated king bed room was very nice and roomy. Included microwave and small fridge. But the AC was so loud especially at night that it was difficult to get much sleep. The pillows were hard and puffy, just not comfortable. Very little option for breakfast. Either Starbucks or one fast food place in the food court. Food in the food court was mediocre. The fish sandwich was undercooked and due to so much sauce couldn't stay on the bun. Unfortunately I am not a Pepsi person and that is the soft drink that is served. Thankfully there is a Walmart less than 10 minutes away, coffee was good in the food court and coffee and soft drinks are refillable for 24 hours in the food court, just save your receipt. Plenty of slot machines. Would be nice if they had more poker and keno machine options. Staff was friendly and helpful. A little bit of a walk from the casino to your room. Be sure and park by the registration vs, casino for a shorter walk. Could use a few more handicapped parking spots but not too bad. There is free valet parking for guests staying at the hotel."

"If you are looking to truly get away, this is your place!! What a great place nestled in the beauty of the smoky mountains. There is truly nothing for miles, but with all the amenities and restaurants on property, you have everything you need!! "The breakfasts were fantastic! The added use of the upstairs porch added to our stay. The porch was a great place to enjoy the cool breeze, read to each other and play games. We stayed an extra night to enjoy the inn and surrounding area."
