"The property asked for a $300 cash (Venmo) refundable deposit. They said after 5-7 days they would refund it. After two weeks still nothing and no response to my inquiries. In addition, there was a party with 25+ people in the common area on a Saturday night. Very loud music and lots of yelling. I DO NOT recommend this place."

"I did find two active roaches in the bathroom everything else including sheets and ac was fine "

"I got to the room and the bed was full of hair I told the workers they didn’t tell housekeeping or nothing they gave me new sheets to put on myself then I laid down and was itchy so I just left I ask for the manager name he said he can’t give that information out very unprofessional and a waste of my money"

"My biggest complaint is the overuse of heavy fragrances in the rooms. This irritated my throat and eyes and made me almost switch hotels. I kept my door propped open for a long time to air it out and just dealt with it. We also left to go to dinner across the street to just let the smell lessen. I would say if you are sensitive to heavy scents and harsh chemicals, this isn’t the place for you. Everything else was just ok. The staff was nice."

"The stay itself was average, but there was an uncomfortable incident during checkout where a guest was yelling and loudly complaining about the checkout time. Security had to be called, and the front desk agent even threatened to involve the police. The situation made the atmosphere feel tense and, honestly, a bit low-class. On top of that, being charged $30 per night for parking felt excessive and disappointing. That added cost, along with the incident at checkout, definitely impacted the overall experience."
