"The bathroom in the room was disgusting. Mold and mildew everywhere. It looked like they gave a blind person a caulking gun and said “Have fun”. The a/c worked but definitely needed maintenance. There were bleach stains on the artwork on the walls. The amount of noise was a bit much. You can hear the people in the room next door breathing and everything else. There was barely enough parking and it wasn’t fully booked. The lobby and bar was nicely renovated. I guess they haven’t gotten to the rest of it yet. "

"Mold in the bathroom, room Smelled like wet dog, gross! Staff was nice and polite, property need lots of work. Sadly during university events the price is like Hilton on the beach with resort amenities. This place is not that by any stretch of the imagination. There have to be health department standards and hotel chain standards for cleanliness "

"I had booked two suites, and unfortunately, one of them had a strong marijuana odor. While the team attempted to address the issue by placing an ozone machine in the room, the smell persisted throughout the night. I would like to recognize Austin at the front desk and Victorria from Housekeeping, both of whom did an excellent job assisting under the circumstances. This situation is not a reflection of their efforts, but rather a concern regarding the room being cleared for the next guest despite the lingering odor. I was also surprised that no compensation was offered, which is something worth reviewing from a service recovery standpoint."
