"Such a disappointment. In a beautiful place like Key West, the room was depressing and honestly beyond terrible. I have stayed in highway motels with better rooms and amenities. The elevator was broken, so we had to drag our suitcases up three floors, which made the experience even worse. The room itself was small and dark, with windows facing basically nowhere, so it felt closed off and gloomy. The stone flooring made it more unpleasant. What surprised me most was how overpriced it was for what we got. Paying that much for the worst room you have ever stayed."
