"Friendly staff, probably the busiest I have seen the hotel during this visit which is not surprising considering the great snow from the recent storms. Unfortunately the renovations are still slowly progressing, which meant no pool or hot tub access, really wish they were able to finish that by now. The steam room and sauna were available however the sauna did not seem to be working properly. The steam room worked well after letting it warm up for about 20 minutes. Overall another nice visit and still one of my favorite places to stay for short snowboard trips. Great value for the price and close proximity to the mountain."

"Room was spotless, staff extra courteous, bed extremely comfortable and great towels. I like their pump serve soaps mounted on the wall, and the room was a great size. Breakfast had fresh bread, bagels, muffins, make your own waffles, very good stay. We have stayed other places in Bishop, we keep returning here on our ski trips. Love it!"
