This place is adequate for sleeping. It is not particularly aesthetically pleasing but the views are lovely. On the shoulder season, there are very few options for eating but the only place open, the Copper Top BBQ does offer a discount.

The air conditioning saved us! Worked wonderfully on a super hot day. There was a swarm of wasps above our door outside when we arrived, but staff immediately took care of it. Staff in the market were helpful and kind. The microwave and fridge came in very handy, and the room was clean. It's an older motel, but they maintain it fairly well. Great for a short stay!

Standard motor lodge externally, very clean, simple, minimalist interiors, smart furniture and flooring that doesn’t keep dirt or germs, decent sized bathrooms, solar panels, yay! Not even dust on the switch plates. Rooms are great, get rid of the mismatched dirty-fabric yard sale chairs outside and it’ll be an A+.

Pros: I really enjoyed the location and the room was basically an old apartment converted into a motel room. Basically the best thing about this place was the location. Cons:Bugs. Nit a lot of bugs, but I noticed a few fast little brown insects rushing across the floor a few times at night. There was also some ants. I definitely got but by somwthing on my back while asleep. Otherwise, I was pretty disappointed that the shower head was clogged to where it didnt really spray like a shower, more of a steady stream like a garden hose that you slip your thumb over. The motel is attached to a hardware store. Seems pretty obvious to just replace that.

We stayed in the family room and it was spacious like a cabin with an open floor plan and 3 beds. We all slept comfortably and woke up to a beautiful snow capped view of the mountains. The shower fixture Sucked tbh but other than that we had a great stay!

My husband got the best sleep of our 7-day road trip and said that the Bristlecone Motel bed was better than any of the other motels we stayed at. Brewed Awakening, located just across the street, is a great spot for a quick breakfast. We both had their homemade cinnamon rolls.
