Drifting Sands Oceanfront Hotel
"Rooms were basic but generally clean and quiet. Balcony was ocean view. The broom description said “panoramic” view. Not sure what was panoramic about it but it was your usual ocean view balcony. Plenty of parking although the lot is only half paved. The other half is rock and makes for tough travel with luggage. Also be mindful that the building we were in (ocean front) is three floors and does NOT have an elevator. You have to carry all your luggage up the steps. If you are older or have difficulty with stairs please make sure to avoid staying in this building. Overall it was your basic room at the shore that delivered what was intended."
Spray Beach Oceanfront Hotel
"The room was modern and the hotel was on the beach"

The Beach House at Drifting Sands
"Great location, right on the beach, clean room, very friendly, efficient staff"
Aztec Ocean Resort
"Pros:Location Location Location! It was just awesome! Clean towels every day without requesting! Floor swept every day. Shower was very good. Beach passes!!!! WiFi was great! AC was great! Mary Ann was amazing! This gets an A+ Cons: The room next door to us REAKED of weed.you could not escape it! It would permeate into our room. SO AWFUL! Just so GROSS. Signs everywhere for No Smoking. A real turn off. Beds were very uncomfortable, at least in our room. Woke up in so much pain every day. The area around the pool is covered in green indoor/outdoor carpeting…pretty gross, can you say athletes foot? That needs to be replaced. We also had a Rusty, creaky, metal rocking chair in our room and an office chair…could have used a real chair to sit in as well as another suitcase stand or a dresser. OH!!! No coffee maker in the room. All of these give the room a C- Overall I’d give it a B. I would stay there again but ask for rooms with newer mattresses. Such a bummer not getting good sleep. The convenience of location is just great. Overall it’s a clean motel that needs some serious updating and repairs."
Hammock Inn & Suites - Jersey Shore
"Staff was friendly, rooms were okay but bathroom was dirty, I had to clean myself to use it.. I think will be a good idea to add a table and some chairs, two beds was dirty had hair on the sheets."
Surfside Motel
"I have been coming to Surfside Motel in Seaside Heights for many years... I think the first time I came here was 1995. I think they have the same furniture here from when I first started coming lol. It is your typical Jersey Shore dive motel. It is an awesome place! If you are expecting a 5 star hotel, this is not the place for you. If you just need a bed, pool, and shower while you are enjoying the Jersey Shore nightlife and boardwalk, this is the spot. It is right across the street from the Boardwalk. Excellent location. The receptionist, Bushella, and the manager, Mike, have been here forever and are friendly and welcoming. The pool is right in the heart of the action and gets sun all day long. I definitely recommend this place!"
Thunderbird Motel
"Had a mini apartment for the week basically. We loved it, to be fair though when we go to the beach we just want a clean place to sleep and get ready we are not in the room majority of the time. Had a small kitchen, living area, plus bathroom and bedroom and balcony. This was our 3rd year staying here but first time in this room and will deff be booking it again next year."
