The beach is my happy place and Spray Beach Hotel is right on the beach even though I stayed across the street. I would have been happier in the bldg. on the beach. The staff were helpful and my room was clean. They added a resort fee and I had to put a $250 deposit that will be refunded when the room is checked for damage. I will stay here again.

Beach clean, not crowded in he slightest. Hotel has dozens of beach chairs you simply grab in the way to the beach, no cost, very nice. Lobby has nice free coffee. Was a very nice weekend - thanks !

The hotel and location are great. It wasn’t crowded while we were there so we had easy access to the pool. The reason for the low rating is because there was a wedding there the night of our stay and the music was extremely loud into the night. Our room wasn’t even beach facing, which is where the wedding/reception was. If we knew this when we booked we would have probably chosen a different hotel since we have a younger child.

The location is great, however, its an older hotel that has been updated, so several stairs to deal with or not to easy to find ramps. Finding the check in area was also not easy. No signs and we had to drive around a few times. The room did not have enough soap in the shower so veery hard to get to it without pulling it out. There were plenty of towels, nice linens on the bed, the room very cold on arrival. Handy to have the restaurant for late arrivals and we also had breakfast. There is optional room service but its very limited - did not clean, just a change of sheets and towels. Bathrooms are small but OK.
