This place blew my expectations out of the marina. In all seriousness, great value, very clean, and cozy. We asked for our breakfast bag to go the night prior due to early travel plans the next morning and they were very gracious in giving it to us, and you can tell its made with love. Would come again.
The hotel was near stores, but parking was limited. There was additional parking closeby though. I loved the hotel, staff,and the complimentary coffee.

If you're interested in experiencing Old California while visiting San Juan Bautista, this is a lovely place to stay. It is fairly recently refurbished in old mission and hacienda style. The room we stayed in was well-appointed, comfortable, quiet and clean. The grounds are also very appealing. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and even took home a few bottles of their signature wine from Leal Vineyards in Hollister. So far we've opened just one bottle--an 09 Cab--and it was wonderful....
Interesting throwback to motor inns, but with updated amenities. The only thing I didn't like was the outdoor stairs. It rained during our visit and stairs required careful negotiation.
Very nice, clean and quiet. Perfect location to visit downtown or the beach! We needed extra towels and the lovely lady was more than happy to accommodate. The gentleman at the desk was also extremely helpful if we needed anything at all, restaurant suggestions, activities, he was able to assist.
The motel was recently remodeled and was very nice. The only place it fell down was the tub wasn't replaced, but that's extremely expensive and not necessary. The breakfast was excellent. The facility was very clean. The staff was beyond helpful. I use a cane and the housekeeper got the maintenance man to help me with a box I had to move to my car. Everyone was cheerful and nice.
This hotel is a hidden gem! The room was so spacious, it was bigger than a lot of homes we have rented and was just perfect for what we needed! There is not an ocean view but it is just minutes from cannery row and the ocean. We needed a space big enough for a surprise trip for our mom where everyone had a bed and this place checked off all the boxes. We highly recommend this hotel, especially if you want more out of a hotel room than just 2 queen beds for multiple people.
