I've stayed here several times over the last 15 years or so. This has become my go-to spot due to its location near the Monterey Fairgrounds and because they tend to be very reasonably priced. Not cheap, but far from the most expensive in the immediate area. Everything went well with this most recent stay; no complaints.

Lovely small hotel, clean and comfortable. Had a wonderful washer and dryer which I really needed! The man at reception had quarters for me to use…very thoughtful! Parked right next to our room. Very convenient. A bit of a distance from downtown Monterey but on a strip with many other motels. A cute small diner on the property, good for breakfast ( not included) Gas stations tight across the street. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

This hotel was a diamond in the rough. It’s not a super fancy hotel, but it came with everything we needed for our one night stay. The price was right, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and there were more than enough outlets for charging all our electronics.
