"This will be our go to CBus hotel. The staff was super friendly and accommodating
The hotel is central to so many things to do and about 5 min from a target shopping plaza.
We booked for location and the actual rooms. Traveled with two kids ages 2&4 and here’s what I’d recommend if you’re traveling via car -
-Pack one or two pots to cook with as the ones they have are basic and don’t come with lids
-Bring your cooking utensils
-Luckys Grocery store or Whole Foods are the closest grocery stores
-Have groceries delivered to the hotel around the time of arrival
-If you don’t want to cook you can bring leftovers or frozen meals to just warm up
-Bring a sponge or whatever you use to wash dishes
-Bring cooking oil/spices
-It does come with basic cutlery and a few plates/bowls but we opted for paper products to have less to clean
Bathrooms vary by the room. If you can request a walk in shower it’ll make post pool showers much
easier
One side of the building has a view of the Olentangy River and it was so peaceful! We will request a higher floor next time to see more of the view.
The gym is also pretty decent. Has a rowing machine, peloton bikes, two weight racks with two benches
The pool is regained hotel size and goes up to 5ft
It was ice cold so we didn’t stay long in it but that cold could be due to winter.
All in all - we’re already planing our return weekend getaway "
"Staff was friendly, breakfast was good but could maybe do some change ups instead of the same thing every single day. WIFI is excellent, big 55" tv in the rooms to watch tv on. "
"Good Customer Service, easy to find, the room was great. Comfortable bed, I love the fireplace, the room was nice and clean. It actually felt like a little apartment. I like the separate front door entrance. I was on the first floor,, i see it could it get easily noisy if i had someone busy above me. I could hear them in their bathroom and the water when running only down fall. But I would definitely stay again!"
