New clean affordable

Love this hotel for the location and comfort.

Front desk employees, were very helpful;Rooms very clean and up to date; my only issue was i needed a thicker blanket, other than that everything was nice

Friendly staff with clean rooms. Second time staying here. Very convenient for early next day flights.

Even though the weather was poor, we still enjoyed our stay. The great location made it so easy to still go places in bad weather.

The hotel is one block over from Bourbon St and one block up from where things get going on Bourbon St. We were there off season and Bourbon St was under construction so crowds were not as large as usual. We had a room on the street side but could not hear any music or noise. In the morning there was the usual street traffic noise. Room was very large, clean and nicely appointed. Conference was at the hotel, valet service was excellent.

Bed was comfy. Breakfast was really good.

Very clean hotel close to the Riverwalk, French Quarter and Cruise terminal. They offer a free cruise shuttle that was very easy to use. Breakfast was average but was just enough. We will definitely consider them if we return to New Orleans.

Went with friends who stayed there before. Lovely, comfortable, safe. Beds super comfy. Had everything we needed including a courtyard with tables for guest to sit outside and pool. Coffee n tea. Small bar. Great 24 hr front desk and safe n mini fridge in room. Safe valet parking onsite. Had everything we needed plus great location.

Hotel only a short walk to all the fun in New Orleans...room was a little outdated...just to note the balcony rooms are shared..our neighbor didn't see why she could drag our metal chair set onto her side! Valet guys super welcoming...concierge was helpful..reception clerk not so friendly or welcoming....overall we had a great time but spent most of our time out of the hotel.. Was quite pricey for what it was but then it was Jazzfest and all hotels were pricey!

We enjoyed our stay, it was within walking distance of a lot of food options and shopping.

Great staff and clean facilities! A little out of the way but it was perfect for us for the week of the Superbowl and then to be near the airport when we are leaving

The staff & room were excellent!

Very nice room. Short people beware the bed sits about 3 feet high, hard for seniors to climb into.
