I loved everything about the hotel; the old charm, the location, and the entire staff. I also loved the size of the hotel; not huge and not too small. You don’t have to worry about the pool being crowded; I love it here. And the rooms are clean, nice and roomy. The location is excellent; waking distance to Bourbon Street, French Quarters, Deanie’s Restaurants , and everything else. You will not be disappointed.

Great access to some of the best food and entertainment on Bourbon St. We had a blast!

I stayed here for Mardi Gras weekend 2023 as this was the cheapest option I could find. I did not feel I sacrafied anything tho. The Algeris Ferry is about 20 minutes away with free parking around the streets so if anything I saved a lot by staying here and on this side of the river. This hotel is located on a busy route so it can be noisy with the traffic, trucks, and trains. Riverside Hotel was clean and quiet. I slept well every night. This property was amazing! Staff was great, very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, dinner and drinks! I would definitely recommend staying here ...and Iwould stay here again

Went with friends who stayed there before. Lovely, comfortable, safe. Beds super comfy. Had everything we needed including a courtyard with tables for guest to sit outside and pool. Coffee n tea. Small bar. Great 24 hr front desk and safe n mini fridge in room. Safe valet parking onsite. Had everything we needed plus great location.

Very clean hotel close to the Riverwalk, French Quarter and Cruise terminal. They offer a free cruise shuttle that was very easy to use. Breakfast was average but was just enough. We will definitely consider them if we return to New Orleans.

The hotel is one block over from Bourbon St and one block up from where things get going on Bourbon St. We were there off season and Bourbon St was under construction so crowds were not as large as usual. We had a room on the street side but could not hear any music or noise. In the morning there was the usual street traffic noise. Room was very large, clean and nicely appointed. Overall my stay was great except for the check in process. I've stayed at many hotels and if the room is ready earlier than the 4pm check in time they will normally just allow you in. This property (Centric Hyatt) tried to charge us $50 to check in rooms that are already paid for and available. Then to appease us they said if we came back in another hour or so they would basically do us a "favor" and only charge $25. Seems like nickel and diming to me. Room 305 gives you 1 bedroom apt with a 2 table balcony over Decatur St. With full living room and kitchen. So good wife bought timeshare here

Great location, very clean, staff very friendly!!! The young men bartending during the jazz brunch during our last day were so kind, excellent people! The Omni Royal continues to be the best place to stay in Nola!
