We received a warm welcome upon arrival and were checked in quickly. The rooms, though small, are smartly designed. Bulky luggage can be stowed on the roll-out shelf under the bed, and the bedside table has a slide-out shelf to accommodate your laptop. Even though you're in midtown, the hotel's updated windows help block annoying street noise. The funky design elements are amusing, and the overall cleanliness of this hotel is the cherry on top.

This hotel was incredibly convenient for coming into the city via Grand Central (google maps says 7min walk but it really is less than 5). It is easily walkable to anything in the Times Square/Bryant Park area and there are tons of places to eat/drink there. We extra appreciated the complimentary bottle of VOS water and how friendly and helpful the staff was. The room was small, but this is expected in NYC. Great location and the staff were very friendly. There are so many things within a walkable area. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is some construction inside going on, but it was never an issue. The rooms are very quiet and you can barely hear the street noise. The rooms are smaller, but that is New York. It was a good size to relax after a long day of exploring and get ready for the day. The staff were very nice and helpful. The area was very safe. I would definitely stay again....
